Monitoring

Simply installing an alarm is not sufficient these days. All too often, we hear of alarms going off, but most people simply ignore them or do not wish to get involved.

To be effective, an alarm system must be monitored 24 hours a day, by trained and licensed professionals. A monitored alarm system ensures that all alarm events received at the 24 hour monitoring centre are actioned and responded to, in accordance with the customer’s predefined instructions.

A monitored alarm is critical in a duress or emergency situation and monitored smoke detectors can also provide early warning of a potential fire in the premises.
