In December 2008, Watch24 Security Services became a wholly owned division of Signature Security Group, the largest Australian owned electronic security company in Australia and New Zealand. All Watch24 security systems are monitored by Signature Security’s Grade A1 Alarm Response Centres in Sydney and Perth. Signature Security also powers Cactus Security in New Zealand.
With Accredited and Licenced Security Advisers located in Capital Cities and in some regional areas, Watch24 security systems are helping protect thousands of homes and small businesses throughout Australia. All Watch24 Security Advisers hold security licences where required by State Police or Fair Trading Authorities. They undergo comprehensive training, not just in relation to the product and the security industry, but also in relation to security risk assessment and understanding people’s needs and the security issues they may be faced with. In partnership with established and respected manufacturers including Honeywell, Watch24 are committed to provide the highest level of customer service, using proven and reliable equipment.
Watch24 operates in accordance with standards set by industry bodies such as the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL) and relevant state authorities, and has a long term commitment to both the community and the industry.
